Hangzhou Shunfengxiang Food Co.,Ltd started at 1980s originally as “Yuhan chongxian duck breeding farm”, and then established poultry eggs factory, until now the cooperative has been established. We take the “insisting on taking economic development as the central task and serving for the public, finally be richness together with farmers” as the tenet. Our company has developed very fast by taking some measures and has got support and attention from local government. At present, the company owns factories with a land area of 5500㎡ and breeding farms with a land area of 30000 ㎡, processing all kinds of poultry eggs with 2700 tons, it is the largest processing poultry eggs enterprise in Yuhan - Hangzhou area.

　　To handle the disadvantage of scattered small scale farms, under the guidance of local government in 2003, Shunfengxiang Company organized other 43 duck raising farms to establish Hangzhou-Yuhang Shunfengxiang poultry eggs cooperative. At present they own 123 members and breeding base with a land area of 280 mu by three years of efforts.
The company has built poultry eggs processing base together with Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, to provide measures, such as diseases and epidemic prevention, developing a series of egg varieties sold in the market to extend the poultry eggs industry chain and increase farmers' returns.
　　In 2004 the cooperative has established a large cold store with a capacity of 1500 tons for conserving farm product, in order to deal with disasters likes bird flu.
　　At the same year, the company takes over agricultural ecological park project for breeding water bamboo and duck together with Hangzhou academy of environment sciences, so as to solve the problem of environment pollution, this project belongs to Zhejiang Agricultural Fund Development project. The water bamboo growth is vigorous and ducks are growing fatter and fatter by efforts, the brand "Shunfengxiang" ecological ducks are sold very well in the market.

　　In 2004 we have sold 3000 tons of eggs (including 2300 tons of processing products) and realized 31,230,000 RMB yuan of sales. Under the influence of bird flu in 2005, we still got the 31,570,000 RMB yuan of sales.
